Rated E for Everyone - Animated Violence

Torumin - From Book 3541, "Admonitions", Verse CCX
Night Sky, the colossal Malus spaceport, orbits menacingly around its dark home planet, while the Malus Devouts travel the lands, assembling as many soldiers as possible. The effectiveness of the Malus in the face of the Great Betrayer threat was staggering, rapid advances in armaments, technology and the recruitment of soldiers proved with no doubt that the enemy would face a determined and fierce Malus populace.

Verse CCX: "Lose your heart to thoughts of War, And nothing else.
Long for War, And wed yourself to dreams of Battle."

Malus: The recitation of the above verse by hundreds of thousands of Malus troops prior to entering battle has been, for those who have borne witness to the event, an awesome experience. The Malus war machine, which until fairly recently hardly existed, has grown into a formidable military structure. The current war is nothing less than the fulfillment of thousands of years of prophecy. Guided by the Aldar, the Malus are prepared to reclaim the galaxy as their own. The Clans however, are fundamentally proudly independent. Will a common cause suffice to keep peace on the home planet?

The banner of the Fist, the symbol of the united Clans,
lies draped over the coffin of a dead Malus soldier.

Alyssian: Many Alyssian heroes are philosophers and explorers, reflecting the people's passion for thought. They hold tenaciously to ideas, a disposition which in the past led to several bloody internecine wars. Until recently, the modern Alyssian recalled these hostilities with a sense of shame. Through extensive debates, they finally realized that the verse CCX related to their own inner wars. Each individual in Alyssian society realized the uselessness of bloodshed for any reason; their individual ideas could now be expressed freely.

The Alyssians love of learning put on indefinite hold. The head office of the
"Philosophers' League" now transformed into a military recruiting center.
